As specialists in the industry it's our job to know all the ins and outs, it would be absurd to assume a first time customer doesn't have any questions for us and each client has different ones, but here are the ones that are asked the most.
A very good question to ask, but no worries about hidden fees here. We are happy to walk you through the agreement you need to sign that lists the few unlikely reasons we would need to charge you any fee, such as for serious damages like torn leather or broken windows.
Not a problem, you will simply be charged for the overage time at the same hourly rate already agreed upon, just ask our booking specialists for more detail. We also ask that if you know you will be going over your time ahead of time you let us know so we don't have another client waiting on the limo or party bus your group is using.
As you likely expect smoking is not allowed in our vehicles, for a number of reasons, including making sure to keep our luxury limo interiors near mint for as long as possible. The good news is you can ask the driver to pull over for a smoke and/or bathroom break anytime any passenger needs one.
We don't do that because we can actually save you more money if you just contact us directly, which also helps give you a better experience.

Yes, we aren't a taxi service or ride sharing, our vehicles are in high demand so book what you want as early as you possibly can to lock in the limo or party bus you want.
Of course, it wouldn't be much of a party bus trip without using our coolers & bars. However if you are traveling with anyone underage (like proms) then alcohol isn't allowed.
We don't mandate tipping the chauffeurs, but if you are impressed by their service the best way to show them is by tipping them at the end of the night.
Firstly, we require a valid credit card for your down payment when booking. If you wish to pay the rest in cash we have no issue with that, & suggest bringing cash for the trip. No checks are allowed without prior authorization.
Absolutely not, but if you have one prepared your chauffeur would appreciate a copy even if you end up deciding to take a detour later.
